A week on , and a huge difference in the City of Bunbury Council Chamber.

Now fully completed and signed off on Friday, after client training and documentation provided. A super effort by the whole Redfish team.

The chamber refit consists of a wireless discussion system with electronic voting, integrated with a Vision over IP distribution system suppprting seven vision input locations and sending to one large projector, two large hanging screens plus multiple screens in and around the council horseshoe and overflow to the function room next door.

A four camera live streaming system has also been installed than also takes feeds from the vision system. This allows the client to present any number of views of the chamber and electronic document into one image stream that is sent too LiveStream or YouTube.

The chamber audio system has been updated with new DSP audio mixer with control. This new audio system support several wireless handheld microphones and voice lift in the room. The rooms audio can overflow to the function room next door.

The overall room now has has integrated video and audio conferencing (TEAMS/ZOOM/WEBEX and others) for remote participation and attendance.

Everything in the room is now controlled via a dedicated programmed touch screen controller with a simple and efficient set of controls pages.

A fit for purpose independent audio recording soultion is in place to meet the new reforms requirements.

Management of the discussion system and electronic voting is provided by dedicated applications on the PC.

This is what a large integrated room soultion looks like, and meets the requirements for a modern large council to undertake its council meetings.

Over 1200m of network cable, 300m of RG6 and 250M of speaker and audio cables were pulled into the project with it all terminated back to a 32RU rack in the existing comms cupboard.
