With over 25 years of experience in courtroom digital recording, AV integration, security systems, solutions for the justice, parliament, local government and law enforcement sectors, Stuart is widely recognised as a subject matter expert. He has completed detailed consultancy, design services and significant installations across a range of countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, USA, Canada and the UK.
Stuart has a wide and diverse skill set, being able to manage projects at all levels. He has extensive AV, security and IT understanding that encompasses audio and visual solutions, acoustic and speech intelligibility design plus multi-channel evidential based digital recording solutions.
Stuart’s project management and progressive solution design skills are second-to-none. His core knowledge of B2G operations has enabled Stuart to understand detailed system designs, ensuring that the specialist installation and support required for mission critical environments is delivered on time and within budget.
As the Managing Director of Redfish Technologies, Stuart has driven the business since its inception, building the portfolio and undertaking numerous projects in the Australian local, state and federal government spheres. He has also been instrumental in expanding the business into the Asia Pacific region, working with justice departments and legislative bodies to enhance and modernise the audio visual and recording systems within those countries.
Tracey Herring is an experienced professional in finance and human resource management, known for her strategic vision and skill in navigating financial landscapes. With over two decades of experience, Tracey excels in budgeting, financial analysis, and long-term planning, ensuring strong fiscal health for the organisations she serves.
Beginning her career in finance, she demonstrated a keen eye for detail and efficiency. Transitioning to human resources, Tracey combined financial acumen with people management, aligning financial strategies with human capital needs.
Tracey has led numerous financial and HR projects, including implementing advanced financial systems and developing employee benefit programmes. Her leadership style promotes collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement, staying ahead of industry trends.
Under her guidance, organisations have seen significant improvements in financial performance and employee satisfaction. Tracey’s dedication to excellence and problem-solving makes her a standout leader in finance and HR management.
David has over 30 years’ experience in engineering fields, related predominantly to the delivery of digital audio, video recording systems and associated audio/visual and ICT room integration. This extends from project management, and workflow assessment through to design, specification, system delivery, commissioning and client training.
David’s extensive experience has seen him deliver and manage national and global projects, across environments including judicial, legislature, hearing room and law enforcement. These include multiple federal and state based Australian agencies, Hong Kong Judiciary, Singapore Judiciary, Mauritius and New Zealand.
David’s expertise extends to the delivery of software development projects, incorporating hardware integration and whole of system deployment, as well as structure planning and management, on-going client liaison services and measuring project success.
Karl has over 20 years’ experience in ICT and digital delivery and support, working for IT distributors and suppliers and most recently with Town of Port Hedland with client support and management. Karl joined the Redfish team in a capacity of part time project work in July 2023 and has become a full-time employee in May 2024.
Karl’s experience extends to the delivery of software development projects incorporating hardware integration and whole system deployment. Further experience has been gained in support structure planning and management with on-going client liaison services for long term project assessment of success metrics.
Diego is a seasoned and experienced client support and post-installation commissioning engineer. His client relationship and customer service skills during pre and post installation are well regarded by Redfish clients. Diego has a broad and diverse skill-set in audio visual and security installations, commissioning and post installation support.
He’s also an accomplished control systems programmer with strong knowledge of networking, ICT systems and wireless communications setup. Able to determine faults and issues very quickly, Diego leads the Redfish support team and ensures client’s needs are met.
Diego is bilingual (Spanish and English) and able to communicate at all levels with clients and suppliers.
In his spare time, Diego investigates new technologies and operation methods. He is often found testing equipment and experimenting with new ways to make systems operate. He has a passion for IT, music, vision and lighting and has over 20-years’ experience with live events throughout Western Australia.
Morgan has over 25 years’ experience in electrical, audio visual, security and systems installations. He is also an accredited ACMA cabler, certified security installer/consultant and lighting design engineer.
Morgan is a rarity in the industry, and a true all rounder, with extensive experience in new, and existing buildings, commissioning, programming and installation and configuration of AV and security systems. He’s able to quickly develop and implement solution designs and provide team leadership which efficiently brings projects to fruition, without compromising on quality.
Morgan leads the Redfish AV and Security Installation Team and is able to communicate at all levels, he also takes on the role of project manager when required and is an accomplished client relations manager.
Passionate about all things audio-visual, Morgan is also a professional audio and lighting engineer for the music and hospitality industries, and he’s a live DJ who performs at numerous music events throughout Western Australia. Outside of work and live music, Morgan uses his extensive skills in home renovation.
Mark is our senior cabler and installation engineer. He is an accredited ACMA cabler, with cabling certification, networking and cabling fitout experience. Mark has accreditation in EWP and scaffolding erection and deployment. He’s also responsible for ensuring the Redfish team complies with all forms of OH&S requirements on all job sites.
As one of our senior wireless communications engineers, Mark works at heights and is able to position, setup and commission antennas in the most optimum positions.
In his spare time, Mark can be found working on large sailing and motor yachts. Mark for many years was a senior bosun on super yachts in some of the most exotic locations around the world.
Phil has extensive knowledge in logistics management and running states offices for large multinational business. Phil now operates the Redfish warehouse and all logistics management ensure all project jobs are properly ordered and resourced.
Phil also manages suppliers, ordering and all parts inventory, including custom components, delivery and all order pickups.
